How You Can Lose Belly Fat Quickly

Here are some techniques to help you lose belly fat quickly and this involves not the usual techniques, like the stuff you've seen before. This contains some unusual and new techniques which make you shed your weight within days, not months. There is no strain in following these techniques. You just have to spend 5-10 minutes daily.

The first exercise, which is very effective for burning belly fat, is called "hot hands belly rub". Basically what you have to do is rub your hands together until they are hot (generating kinetic hat). This will take around 10-15 seconds.

Then lie down on the floor or bed, wherever you feel comfortable and then keep one of your hands around the belly circle and starting rubbing in the shape of small circle. Continue this for nearly 2-4 minutes in the gap of 30 seconds twice a day.

You might think that I'm crazy, and this is a ridiculous exercise, but the truth is that it helps to reduce belly fat massively. In reality this techniques burns the fat cells in your stomach, and it's far more complicated, than you can imagine. What you need to know is that it works!

The second technique is eliminating tummy fat in a faster manner. For this first "vacuum" your stomach with the vacuum pose. This is the best exercise just you have to suck your tummy with guts so that your tummy goes inside for some inches and after this hold it at the same position for some times with a minimum of 30 seconds and try to hold it for more time.

Do this for about 5 minutes every day, and I can guarantee, you will literally feel that the fat is burning inside your belly. Of course, you are not going to look like a super-model in a week time by doing the above techniques, but they will help you a lot in losing stomach weight fast.
