Don’t Cram : A Tip for Adrenal Health

by Guest Author

You remember a time in college when you were given a deadline which you think always seemed too far anyway? Then you spent a lot of time having fun and always viewed this deadline as something which is not bound to arrive soon. You never did one chunk of work and then you just woke up one day realizing that, in fact, the deadline is simply ONE DAY AWAY.

Pulling an All-nighter is really bad for your adrenal fatigue nutrition. Because instead of sleeping, you are hastily doing the job that is supposed to be done during the daytime. Sleeping in the evening is very important because that is the time that your body repairs that damaged cells in your body. Just imagine not having much sleep, it would lead you to having a serious case of adrenal stress.

You will need a serious dose of adrenal fatigue supplements, to really cope up of all the stress that you have experienced. But you also have to practice to not cram and just the job and finish it on time.

Research even says that students who regularly pulled all nighters have lower GPAs than those who didn't. Also, these studies showed that the staying up wasn't really for studying ALL THE TIME. They just found it fun and like, traditional. Oops. Is stress traditional now?

All you have to do is break down that task and use time management. We know this is cliche but come to think of it, it really works. This is the ultimate key to lighten the work load and finish it one time.

As a stress consultant who specializes in adrenal fatigue, Pamela Adams, helps those that are overwhelmed with stress. She usually works with parents with small children and help them manage and beat the negative affects of stress by proper nutrition, exercise, and adrenal fatigue supplements.
